In the summer of 2020, kabinet k organized a series of workshops with the cast of as long as we are playing. The months of standstill and loss created the need for a new and very specific project: a series of improvisation sessions intended to deepen the movement material of the performance. To be able to 'play' in complete freedom, without creating something completely new. still playing but different, that's what this project was called ...

For Mieke Versyp, dramaturge of kabinet k, this project offered a unique opportunity to observe with the same freedom. She made notes that formed the basis for a text about the approach and working methods of kabinet k - seen through her eyes.
